Dear AdNet Employees, Clients, and Friends;
Happy Thanksgiving from the AdNet team! 😊
As the holiday season unfolds, I am focused on gratitude and joy choosing to surround myself with people who hold a light of hope, who honor decency, have courage and are kind. As my wife and I begin Thanksgiving preparations, I am reminded every day how fortunate I am to get to walk through life with her as my rock. She keeps me on a grounded path even when times are challenging. I am grateful for my family and when I use the word family it includes the family of wonderful human beings in my life who are sisters and brothers from other mothers. This is a season when I step back and give thanks for the rock solid AdNet team who I work shoulder to shoulder with every day, for the people I get to collaborate with within my advocacy work and for the heartfelt kindness that surrounds me. The adage of “tomorrow is not promised to any of us” is why it’s even more important that we show gratitude, right here and right now.
The holidays can be a difficult time of year for some. I notice that I am feeling the void of my mom more this year over last year and while I have that pang of grief, I also know it’s because my love for my mom is soooo big and it is so special. For anyone reading this Tidbits, you are not alone. The AdNet team is here for anyone who needs a listening ear. I encourage everyone this Thanksgiving to take intentional deep breaths, go for walks, laugh, watch A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and know you are loved and cared for.
This Thanksgiving, AdNet is thankful for all of you who make AdNet the company we are today. We thank you for being on this journey with us and for continuing to support our mission each and every day.
