Tidbits of Joy #96 - The Many Colors of Peace

Dear AdNet Employees, Clients and Friends;

While visiting New England, my wife and I came across this wall covered in peace signs of every color and size. It was a joyful splash of brightness against a gray fall sky. It stopped me in my tracks and reminded me that peace doesn’t always look the same for everyone.

Sometimes peace is quiet; found in a moment of reflection, a deep breath between busy days, or the comfort of familiar routines. Other times, it’s bold and bright: the kind that radiates through kindness, laughter, and community.

At AdNet, we believe peace begins with integrity and inclusion. It grows when people are valued for who they are, when differences are celebrated, and when compassion guides our actions. In our workplaces and communities, every small act of understanding brings us a little closer to harmony. As we see people we know lose jobs at no fault of their own, it’s even more important to be willing to go above and beyond to do our work with the greater good in mind which fosters peace.

As the leaves continue to fall and the year begins to wind down, may we each take a moment to pause and notice the color, calm, and connection around us. Peace isn’t just something we wish for; it’s something we build together, one kind act at a time.
