Tidbits of Joy #97 - Happy Thanksgiving from AdNet

Dear AdNet Employees, Clients and Friends;

As the crisp air settles in and the leaves toss their final dance before winter’s hush, we gather around the table, literal and metaphorical, to give thanks. AdNet/AccountNet, Inc. is built on the simple, powerful idea that every individual matters - and it’s in this season that I feel that truth deeply.

Thanksgiving invites us to pause from the hustle, to reflect on what we’ve built, what we’re building, and who we are becoming. I am grateful for the food we lovingly prepare for our table yet it’s way more than turkey and the trimmings. Thanksgiving and everyday should be about kindness, connection, and community. In our work of human capital management, we see the ripple of one person stepping into a role, supported by teams, empowered by hope. That impact, quiet or bold, matters.

We’ve all experienced those small, meaningful moments this year: the colleague who offered help without being asked, the quiet thank you that lifted your spirits, the shared meal or shared laugh that reminded you you’re part of something bigger and when we participate in joyful efforts for peace. These glimpses of gratitude are what carry us, especially during this reflective season.

As you break bread with loved ones, I encourage you to carve out a moment of quiet gratitude: for the role you play, for the people beside you, for the opportunity to show up. Because in showing up, you make a difference. Our holiday tradition is to go around the table and share what we are most grateful for and it warms my heart.
